Lily is the founder of Ivy Talent Education and holds the highest professional certification for U.S. educational consultants — Certified Educational Planner (CEP). Since 2008, she has been dedicated to helping international students plan and achieve their educational goals in the United States. She earned her MBA in Organizational Leadership and BA in English, and is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) as well as a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). Over the past 15+ years, Lily has visited more than 325 high schools and universities across the U.S. and, together with the Ivy Talent team, has guided over 1,000 students through applications for middle school, high school, and college. Her students have gained admission to some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including Phillips Academy, Harvard University, Stanford University, Princeton University, and Columbia University. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of schools and admissions, Lily creates highly personalized education plans that help students unlock their full potential and achieve long-term success in both academics and life.

She's the holder of a Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a College Counseling Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles. After completing her undergraduate degree in the United States, she spent two years teaching English writing at her public university. Since joining Ivy Talent in 2014, she has accumulated over a decade of experience in comprehensive educational planning and application guidance, working with students ranging from 2nd grade to U.S. undergraduate applicants. She is well-versed in the developmental milestones of students at different ages. Over the past decade, she has visited more than 200 high schools and universities across North America, focusing on student development planning and the creation of effective application strategies. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and serving as a senior member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). While at Penn, she contributed to multiple university-supported nonprofit initiatives, providing college counseling and essay guidance to students from low-income families. Claire earned her Master’s degree in Communications from a U.S. university and has devoted more than a decade to the international education field. Before joining Ivy Talent, she served as an Academic Program Manager at a U.S.-based international education institution, where she oversaw the integration and adjustment of nearly one hundred high school students. This role gave her extensive experience in managing and supporting international students. She also worked as a Senior Education Consultant at New Oriental Education Group, where she developed deep expertise in U.S. college admissions. With a graduate focus on intercultural communication, Claire brings a unique perspective to her work, helping students navigate cultural differences, adapt to life in the U.S., and thrive both academically and personally. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and has worked in the U.S. study abroad and admissions field since 2010, bringing 13 years of professional experience. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in both the U.S. high school system and U.S. college admissions, continually refining her skills as a dedicated educational consultant. As both an experienced college consultant and the mother of a 12-year-old soon-to-be middle schooler, Sarah understands the challenges and opportunities students encounter in the admissions process, as well as the expectations and dedication parents bring to their children’s education. Her mission is clear: to help students gain admission to schools that are not only more competitive, but also the best fit for their needs and aspirations. Irene

U.S. College Planning & Application Consultant
Irene earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow, her master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Cambridge. She was awarded a full scholarship during her studies and graduated with honors in the top 3% of her class. Her professional background bridges both education and finance. While completing her master’s, Irene worked as an International Student Advisor, supporting students with course selection, program transfers, and career planning. She later worked in the Admissions Office as well as with U.K. and U.S.-based education institutions, helping students gain admission to top 10 universities in the U.K. and top 30 universities in the U.S. In addition, Irene worked in investment banking in London, focusing on econometrics and investment research. Her academic achievements and cross-industry experience allow her to provide students with both a strategic outlook and a well-rounded perspective on their academic and professional development.

Chloe

U.S. College Planning & Application Consultant
Chloe earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Wuhan University of Technology and her master’s degree in Econometrics from Boston University. She also achieved TEM-8 certification (Test for English Majors – Band 8), the highest English proficiency qualification in China. Her strong curiosity about the world has led her to explore diverse academic and professional experiences across multiple fields. During her studies, Chloe gained hands-on experience through internships in finance, education, and the arts. She also spent several years teaching English and working as a teaching assistant for students of all ages. After graduation, she worked in auditing at one of the Big Four accounting firms, further sharpening her professional skills. She worked in the Boston College Office of Undergraduate Admission for 13 years, serving as Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission.
